goth raves

I have been noticing that there are may goth people out there these days that go to raves. Many goth people know when they are and where they are also they have a way to get to and from the rave if they dont drive. Most goth people meet up at friends houses or malls or even a park and ride to figure out what they are going to do or find out which buses they will take to get there and how they are going to get home. When they go to raves they seam to have a way to get in for cheap or free or already prepaid for the rave in advance. Also i noticed many goths meeting other goths at a rave and making friends and even scoring a date. When goth guys and girls go to raves they have to be all dolled up with the huge platform boots, the tights, the skirt, dress or pants, corset, all the piercings, dyed and styled hair, tattoos, arm warmers, rist cuffs or fingerless gloves and makeup. Those type seam to get all the atention no matter where they go or how they are getting to the rave that night they get noticed. It's sad from my point of view since they get all the friends and no one else really does. I myself never have been to a rave so i couldnt really tell you what goes on there but I do know that when people are stoned they seam to make friends easyer then if they weren't. In Seattle at least once a month they happen to have some kind of rave or goth function going on mostly smaller stuff then what New York has since i'm from washington state thats what I notice a lot of the time here. Most of the rave stuff happens in the clubs in the downtown part of Seattle which some of them you have to be a member to or pay an entry fee to get in the door. Mostly what it boils down to is goth people going to raves a lot and kinda singling out other people that arent dressed as awesome as they are or are friends with them. It's sad the way the goth people treat others that are not like them in some way.

borrowing outfits

I have noticed that many girls seam to borrow clothes these days and its ones that they like that someone else has. Sometimes items are borrowed or even taken without asking the other girl and then never returned untill its found out by the girl that they are gone. I think girls shoukd put a limit on how long the item can be borrowed for that way if the girl that owns it wants it back or wants to wear it can have it back or can wear it. Some girls dont let anyone borrow anything even things they dont wear or bairly wear cause it was something their parents got them or another family memeber got for them. I think its sad that some girls just take things from other friends and dont ask or tell them they are being borrowed. Most girls don't even know the item is gone untill they want to wear it or even remember they have it untill someone wants to borrow it for a show or party or to go on a date with. There are girls that are so over protectave they dont let anyone borrow anything no matter if they wear it or not and thats just not right but its their choice to not let others wear the stuff. I myself have seen borrowing and trying on of clothes in high school and at home and such. You see it in teen movies as well as real life. What is with girls these days, sheesh.

gothic outfits thoughts

I have noticed many girls now a days wanting to dress gothic. Some or most girls dont even have enough money to go out and spend on goth stuff so they improvize. They use things they already have by adding to the pair of pants, top or jacket by adding something to the item like a patch or turing it into something else like shorts or a skirt. Some girls are so awesomely dressed they seam to receive all the attentntion posible like guys wanting to hang out with the girl or date them. When girls go out and buy stuff its money they get from their parents that they get once a week for doing good that week in school or doing chores. Girls seam to spend the money on expencive stuff they wont wear or bairly wear at all then they give excuses to needie people why they cant have it, unless the parents bought the stuff then there could be a viable reasion why they would be keeping the item they bairly wear or dont wear. Stores they buy stuff from is Hot Topic which is not that great a store since i heard they sell things made cheap and sell them for more, but girls tell people to shop there. I'm not saying i'm a diy person but every once in a blue moon i find something in a thrift store i can get that i can wear or intagrate into an outfit. When shopping in a thrift store or stores its better to shop with someone who has some fashion sence. then u can find stuf easyer that way. I also look for help from others since i'm not one that knows what to look for or have the luck finding stuff i want or being able to afford stuff like this.
